| | Model of the car: | Lumina Z34 | | | General comments: | Awesome Car! The first time I saw this car I knew I wanted it. From its unique look to it's incredible engine this is a fast peppy car that still has a practical side. Lots of trunk room, roomy interior and seats, even for me at 6'4" (though my head scrapes the roof). Mine is white and I have tinted the windows and have black headlight and taillight covers for an incredible look. It just looks fast. It's 10 years old and there is no rust, the body is immaculate and even the bottom side isn't rusted out. (as mechanics keep telling, keep reading) I can let this car sit outside for two weeks in a Canadian Winter and she starts without problem, even with it's customary roar. The major problem with the car is the costly repairs. It's at 150000km and the thrust bearings on the crankshaft have worn out causing major damage - $2000Cdn in parts and labour and counting. But I love the car too much to give it up! | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Repairs, repairs, repairs. But even with the problems, the car won't quit, still going strong.
No cup holders. Sounds small, but it's the worst thing about the interior | | | Previous car: | 1989 Mercury Sable at 250000km. Even with it's big engine, it sucked. Big time, plus it looked like crap. |
