| | Model of the car: | Chevy Lumina | | | General comments: | I would recommend this car (or any American made car) to my worst enema. The engineering is sub-standard and the maintenance costs an arm and a leg. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Electrical system sucks, the rear defroster doesn't work, cruise control doesn't work. I have had to have the power windows fixed twice, also the wiper motor has gone out twice. Constant burning smell from motor, tends to overheat with full coolant. Ball joint busted, rear view mirror fell off. | | | Previous car: | Nissan Altima. As with all foreign vehicles the Altima is a much better engineered car. I will never buy a domestic car again. |
