Chevrolet Lumina LS
| | Model of the car: | Chevrolet Lumina LS | | | General comments: | I bought this car new in 96', it now has 78,000 miles. I have had the front brakes and rotors replaced, this was due to improper torquing of the wheel bolts,
factory tires last 40,000 miles and I just fixed it's biggest problem yet, the vacuum hose that goes to the power brake booster just fell off, it did not seem to have a clamp there, I reinstalled it, put a good clamp on it (don't use those clamps you get at the auto parts store) and it runs fine again.
Still has the original battery.
Overall, this has been a good solid, reliable car.
Better car than the Ford Taurus. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | The brakes, dusty on front rims.
Front pads wear out at about 50,000 miles. | | | Previous car: | Similar Products Used:
