| | Model of the car: | Lumina LS | | | General comments: | A fairly sound, fairly comfortably, fairly fair car with a few major kinks. | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | The entire intake manifold needed replacing almost immediately after purchase (about a thousand dollar job), and also the rear wheel cylinders began leaking fluid. The tires need more frequent replacing than other similar cars, and the paint job is less than poor (I have white paint, which yellowed in two random spots on trunk lid and roof, and the bumper paint is cracking off in several places.) I've also had some alternator problems, which seem to be more than common with the car. |
